Whether you’re an agent under a power of attorney, a court-appointed guardian, a trustee or a government fiduciary, the “Managing Someone Else’s Money” guides provide information about your duties and offer tips for keeping your elderly loved ones safe from financial exploitation.

You can download copies of these booklets on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s website by following the link. The website also provides information on how to order free print copies of these booklets.
